The staff was very professional and attentive.

The air conditioning made our sleep unbearable. It was incredibly humid, and the bed felt damp at night. When we requested to change rooms, the replacement was just as bad. I wish the hotel would invest in better air conditioning solutions.

This place is just a hop away from the gorgeous Echo Beach. My grandkids loved splashing around in the refreshing pool, and we all appreciated the spacious layout of our suite. The staff was friendly and made our stay smoother than I expected.

In my wife’s opinion, a family-friendly breakfast menu would be helpful.

We had a fantastic time lounging by the pool and enjoying massages next door, which really added to our relaxation. The suite with lagoon access was spacious and clean, making it easy to unwind, but the shower could use a little maintenance since the ceiling fitting had weak pressure. Be sure to rent a scooter for getting around. it makes exploring so much more fun! 🌴
